Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments that we have received from you immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which our law firm received notification of your revocation.
For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you have requested that the advice or representation should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an amount for services already rendered that corresponds to the value of the services rendered up to the point at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with regard to this contract.
Loss of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if we have started to perform the services with your express consent and the services have been rendered in full before the end of the withdrawal period.

What age are the touch-and-feel books suitable for? +
Our touch-and-feel books are suitable for children aged 0 to 6 years. Each book is designed according to age (0–12 months, 1–3 years, 3–6 years).
Is the book machine washable? +
Yes! All our books can be machine-washed at 30°C. Simply wash them in a laundry bag and air dry.
Is it safe for my child to put the book in their mouth? +
Absolutely! All materials are certified according to EN 71 and tested for harmful substances. The paints are non-toxic and saliva-resistant.
Can parts be swallowed? +
No. All elements are securely sewn and specifically designed for the child's age, so there are no small parts that could be swallowed.
Why are the contrasts so strong in the Small Hands books? +
Newborns can initially only clearly perceive high-contrast black and white patterns. Strong contrasts promote visual development and stimulate the baby's brain.
How do I attach the book to the stroller? +
Each book has an integrated fastening loop. This can be easily attached to the handles of the stroller or to the car seat.
